Postage and Packing
Shipping of your print from receipt of order usually takes 5 days. Please
bear in mind that internet orders can only be processed the following working
day. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, unless advised. Shipping is
free of charge.
Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately. Return
undamaged goods to us within 7 days for a full refund.
Damaged work
In the very unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, contact us
immediately and return within 3 days.
Incorrect orders
Return any incorrect orders to us in its original packaging within 5 days
and we will despatch your correct order to you. Don’t forget to ensure you
have proof of posting and the original invoice.
Authenticity
Ink_d prints are signed and numbered by the artists.
Payment
Ink_d accept all major credit and debit cards and secure online payments
are taken through WorldPay in UK £ Sterling (GBP) with VAT of 17.5% included
in the purchase price.
