Come and see Wonder Years, from the young, gifted artist and well-loved broadsheet illustrator, Graham Carter. Known for his sell-out screenprints and giclees and work on the UK’s national papers, the Brighton-based artist produces beautiful works using a palette of extraordinary colour, printing onto found papers, wood and now using laser-cut perspex.
Inspired by ephemera, vintage travel and film posters, the work for the show is sublime mix of journey, discovery and colour, with a vintage, charming feel, in-keeping with Graham's technically pristine style.
Discover Elvis vs. Kong, a Joko Snow Globe featuring Yoko Ono and John Lennon, hand-painted Matryoshka doll sets, a new take on Marilyn Monroe, original sets printed onto wood and an Ink_d exhibition poster, designed by Graham and printed in Ink_d’s studio.
